We look forward to welcoming our students on Friday for a wonderful year of fun and learning!

ArtsSmarts – A Circus in the Valley

posted Jun 10, 2019, 2:24 PM by Sharon Collett

This year’s ArtsSmarts has been taking place during our Physical Education classes.  During the classes and under the instruction of Danielle Aubut, Danielle Knustgraichen and Susan Jarvis from Ignite Circus our students have learned a variety of circus movements with hula hoops, juggling, balancing, music making, and choreography.  In addition to Physical Education outcomes they have covered outcomes from Science, Math and Music. This afternoon, the students performed what they have learned for each other and for families. The students have thoroughly enjoyed this year’s project and we look forward to further adventures in the arts next year. Please see attached videos of the various performances. More to be posted...
