Principal for a Day - Hannah W.

Hi, my name is Hannah and this is what I did for principal for the day. First I had to do traffic duty. You didn't really have to do much but stare at people when they're driving and check if they're pulling up to the pylon. I also had to send 2 emails and do class visits. Then me, my friend and Ms Collett went to Subway for lunch. Thank you, Ms. Collett for letting me be principal for the day! Oh right, and after Subway, I wrote this article!

School Development Surveys for Families

The provincial government has launched new online surveys of students, parents/guardians, and staff. The data from these surveys will be used by our school to create our school development plan.  Please complete the family survey so we have representation from all of our families.  A memo with more information was included in the recent May newsletter. Shavers for the Brave

In the end, these two students raised $973 to donate to the Shave for the Brave.  Kids can make a difference!  Here are the before and after pics:

  

Bake Sale a Success!

These socially-minded students raised over $300 in support of the Shave for the Brave.  They will be baring their scalps this Saturday, May 25, at the Avalon Mall during the St. John's Community Shave.
